By purchasing from Pro Gear, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. General Information

By purchasing from Pro Gear, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms cover our products, warranty, and services, including repairs and returns.


2. Warranty Policy

Our products come with a standard warranty that covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions during normal use. However, certain parts are excluded from the warranty.

Excluded Items:
The following items are not covered under warranty:

  • Starter ropes

  • Spark plugs

  • Carburetor adjustments

  • Shock absorbers

  • Cutting components (guide bars, chains, adapters, blades, wheels, discs, drills, grinding wheels, tool holders)

  • Cables (starter, drive, brake, and adjustment cables)

  • Drive components (clutch drums, clutches, drive wheels, drive shafts, pulleys, V-belts, gear wheels)

  • Filters (air, oil, fuel, water, and hydraulic fluid filters)

  • Electrical components (wires, brushes, brush holders, fuses, bulbs, manual and electric starters)


3. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not apply if the product shows visible physical damage or signs of liquid exposure. Products that have been physically damaged or exposed to water are not eligible for warranty service.


4. Service and Repairs

If your product requires repair, we offer a repair service. If the item breaks down within the warranty period, please contact us, and we will arrange for the necessary repairs.


5. Repair Timeframe

We aim to complete repairs within 28 days from the time we receive the product. This time may vary depending on the complexity of the repair and the availability of parts.


6. Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping repaired parts will be covered by us, and no additional charges will apply. However, for warranty returns, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of collection and delivery.


7. Warranty Returns

If you need to return an item for inspection or repair, the customer will be responsible for covering the collection and delivery costs.


8. Warranty Terms

The following conditions apply to warranty claims on equipment supplied by ProGear:

Items not covered by warranty:

  1. Parts subject to normal wear and tear, including:

    • Cutting components: guide bars, chains, adapters, blades, wheels, discs, drills, grinding wheels, tool holders

    • Cables: starter, drive, brake, and adjustment cables

    • Drive components: clutch drums, clutches, drive wheels, drive shafts, pulleys, V-belts, gear wheels

    • Filters: air, oil, fuel, water, and hydraulic fluid filters

    • Electrical components: wires, brushes, brush holders, fuses, bulbs, manual and electric starters

  2. Damage resulting from improper use of oils, other than those recommended by the manufacturer (for both 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines)

  3. Damage caused by low-quality fuel or fuel mixtures

  4. Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs carried out outside the Pro Gear service network

  5. Mechanical, thermal, chemical damage caused by user negligence

  6. Natural wear and tear according to the intended use or nature of the equipment

  7. Damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer's manual or service communications

  8. Damage caused by modifications, improper installation, or misuse, including using non-original parts, poor maintenance, or transport

  9. Intentional damage to the equipment

  10. Regular maintenance activities (e.g., cleaning, replacing consumables, and routine servicing)

  11. Batteries are covered by a 6-month warranty

  12. All repairs and servicing must be carried out in an authorized service center

  13. Parts used during repairs ("inserted parts") are covered by a 6-month warranty

  14. If an authorized service center deems that a defect cannot be fixed or the repair is economically unreasonable, the customer is entitled to a replacement

  15. The customer must deliver the product to the authorized service center in the same condition as when the fault occurred. The item should be securely packaged or placed on a pallet. Palletized items must be secured with strapping and wrapped in stretch foil.

  16. The service center is obligated to assess the claim within 14 days from receiving the device. If the claim is accepted, the repair will be completed within 30 days

  17. If the claim is rejected, the item will be returned to the customer at their own cost once payment has been received.


9. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days from receipt. The item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date.
