As a consumer in Ireland, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods. This is in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Below are the details of your right to cancel:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you the full purchase price, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, unless we offer free returns.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of the products.
To be eligible for a full refund, the goods must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging, where possible. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge a deduction if the goods are returned in a damaged or used condition.
There are certain exceptions where you do not have the right to cancel:

Goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.
